In order to protect yourself as well as our organization, a refund policy is necessary. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the following conditions, which are also available for review prior to your registration.
For cancellations 45 days prior to the retreat
If you choose to cancel your reservation 45 days before your scheduled weekend you will be issued a half refund and half retained as credit for a future retreat.
For cancellations within 21 days prior to the retreat
If you choose to cancel your reservation 21 days before your scheduled weekend, half of the cost of the retreat will be forfeited, the other half will be kept as credit towards a future retreat.
For cancellations within 7 days of the retreat
If you need to cancel within 7 days of the ceremony, we, unfortunately, will not be able to issue a full refund. The entire cost will be retained and no credit toward future retreats will apply.
We understand that life is unpredictable and that sometimes unexpected circumstances do arise. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
